Obituary

Our senior partner Ruth Lock worked for our company for 45 years to the day before she took her well-deserved retirement in 2007. She built up the company together with our senior partner Freimut Lock. Together they experienced highs and lows, but above all they laid a solid foundation for all of us with the employees of the time.

Her start at Lock as a technical draughtswoman is documented in our museum. The finance department was built up step by step. From 1967 until her retirement, she was responsible for payroll accounting. There was a trusting and appreciative relationship between the employees and Ruth Lock for decades.

Ruth Lock passed away after a long and serious illness on 19.12.2024 at the age of 88.
