Lock Antriebstechnik GmbH has once again been awarded the Ludwig Erhard Prize

The Initiative Ludwig-Erhard-Preis e.V. (ILEP) has awarded 12 organizations for their holistic management performance.

The Ertingen-based company achieved a silver ranking. Once again this year, many companies and organizations from a wide range of sectors applied for this award and demonstrated inspiring achievements. This was particularly evident in the number of gold placings awarded. The award makes top performance in Germany visible and promotes the spread of the idea of excellence in Germany.

Lock attaches great importance to a culture of leadership and cooperation 

As a medium-sized, owner-managed company, Lock Antriebstechnik GmbH produces positioning solutions for ventilation systems in stables, greenhouses and other applications. For two

years, Lock has been on the way to becoming a system provider. A medium-term roadmap is being used to develop the necessary technical expertise and market access. The company is characterized in particular by its established management and cooperation culture, which is constantly being strengthened with a view to greater transparency and commitment. The intensive work on successful product marketing in the context of university projects and user communities should also be emphasized. The

annual satisfaction survey in employee appraisals has developed positively. Delivery reliability has also increased to over 99.3%, as throughput times have been sustainably improved!

"After winning bronze in 2019 and silver in 2021, we were once again able to defend our silver award! We were all the more proud to receive the Ludwig Erhard Prize.
